South Dakota Grasslands for Profitability and the Next Generation

The South Dakota Grassland Coalition is making an exciting transformation with this year’s Annual Conference on December 5, 2024. Traditionally an annual meeting, this year marks the shift to a new conference format that includes keynote speakers, interactive breakout sessions, and networking opportunities. This one-day event will serve as a transition to an expanded two-day conference in 2025, offering even more opportunities for growth, learning, and collaboration.
2024 conference features prominent speakers
The 2024 conference will feature prominent speakers, including Clay Conry, host of Working Cows Podcast, who will share strategies for effective land and ranch management, and Natalie Kovarik, a respected cattle rancher and agriculture advocate, who along with her husband Luke, will provide practical strategies for building a profitable and sustainable ranch. Dr. Tom Noffsinger, an expert in veterinary medicine, will also speak on livestock health and profitability.
